Field Research
In search of rare and beautiful art, Ryann Willis embarked on 3 expeditions to African in the late 1990's. There were many destinations with opportunities to view local culture and Africa's complex traditions and indigenous lifestyles. With both political and natural hurdles overcome, these travels have given Ryann Willis the proper cultural context for the works of art displayed.
